HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR FEET

Your feet carry you throughout the day. In fact, your feet carry twice your body weight every day. So we have to take good care of them. 75% of women experience foot problems at some point in their lives and foot pain affects the back or joints. Care for your feet as they deserve, you will feel the difference. It's almost summer, and you're probably dying to show off your brand new sandals. But how do your feet look? Take good care of your feet, or the summer sun can hurt them. To have beautiful, stunning feet, simply apply the following care tips daily.


Tip # 1
THREE STEPS TO BEAUTIFUL FEET
1. EXFOLIATION At least twice a week, clean your feet from dead skin with an appropriate exfoliation cream. Apply to dry feet before bathing or taking a shower. Gently rub with your hands for a few minutes and then rinse. You can use exfoliation creams specially designed for body or feet. 
2. MOISTURIZE Moisten daily. Podiatrists say that the biggest problem with the feet is not being moistened sufficiently. After the bath, massage an intense moisturizer. First, massage your foot arch in a circular motion with your thumb. Then massage the upper part of your feet. Take five to ten minutes on each leg.
3. MAINTAIN YOUR NAILS Care your nails. Always trim your toenails. As your nails will be softer, it is recommended to cut after a bath. Use cuticle oil to keep your toenails soft.

Tip # 2
METHOD OF APPLYING CREAM:
1 - Starting with your toes and moving on top of your foot, apply the cream to your foot by massage.
2 - Massage your soles by moving circularly with your thumbs.
3 - Massage your Achilles tendon and around your ankle in a circular manner with your fingertips.
4 - Finish the massage by gently patting your foot.

Tip # 3
HOW TO FREE FROM DRY, CRACKED HEELS
  If the feet are too dry, the heels will crack and you can follow these simple steps to prevent it. 
1 - Before performing foot care, keep your feet warm and moist: take a warm foot bath for 5 to 15 minutes. You can use bath salt to further relieve the feet. 
2 - Moisten the pumice stone in hot soapy water and apply lightly to the dry sides of your feet. 
3 - Dry your feet gently. Do not rub after the pumice stone because your feet may have become tender. 
4 - Use an intense moisturizing cream on your feet. To relieve the stress of the day, massage your feet and dive into the beauty sleep.

Tip # 4
PRACTICAL BEAUTY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MORE LIGHT LEGS
1 - Correct your posture. High heels if your body is forward, pressing on your neck and back. Stand upright as if lifting a thin rope and keep your chest and head straight. 
2 - Every day, massage your feet and legs with essential oils. 
3 - Take a cold bath or cold shower daily to regulate blood circulation. 
4 - To conserve all your cells and have healthy blood circulation, eat foods rich in vitamin E. 
5 - Relaxing foot massage with massage oil to relieve tired legs.  

Tip # 5
HOW YOU CAN GET BRIGHT, HEALTHY, STRONG NAILS
DO NOT rasp your weak nails. Increase the blood flow in your nails after lubricating your nails. DO NOT use a hard, chemical nail polish remover. Massage your nails every night with organic oils such as almond or nim oil. Remember to take protein: remember that your nails are fed with protein just like your hair and skin. Eat plenty of meat, fish or legumes and tofu cheese. If you're a vegetarian, make sure you're getting enough iron and consider taking a daily iron supplement. Foods that are rich in healthy fats such as salmon and mackerel, or nuts and kernel CONSUMPTION, ground flax seeds are particularly useful for your nails.
